Of all the Islands we have reviewed this would be the most distant Island from the mainland of Singapore as it is located off the east coast of Malaysia close to the capital of Kuala Lumpur. It is only a small Island covering 12 kilometres in width. The Island is recommended for hikers who may like to take the 2 hour trek across the palm fringed Island interior and lovers of water sports. This Island is a renown for its world class diving. You will require your passport
for this extended journey and is best traveled by boat from the Malaysian
mainland. You can also fly direct from Singapore's Seletar Airport.
