Sultan Mosque

This mosque has acquired more land and buildings into it's complex over the years and it is highly recommended to visit.

It was build back in 1824 for only $3,000, however the gold domes were added from 1924 over a four year period.

The main mosque is the largest in Singapore and it very being beautiful with its blend of Arabic earthy colours.

You can also enter the basement area of the mosque to view a mosque style wedding and also purchase some items.

Please note that you cannot take videos or photos in the main mosque area used for worshipping. Women must also stay in the gallery.
