This museum is located in a renovated 19th century mission school called St. Joseph's Institution and has the most comprehensive collection of South East Asian art in the world.

This national museum specifically showcases 20th century South East Asian modern and contemporary visual art.

The museum permanently contains over 5,500 paintings, installations and sculptures. It also hosts international art exhibitions and live performances.

The National Art Museum is closed Mondays and also offers free-guided tours at specific times.
