This park, with three large open spaces, has been established from reclaimed land for office workers and travellers to use as a relaxation area.

The main feature of the park is a 2-tiered large pond with a fountain spouting water up to 18 metres high.

The park also contains many pieces of art namely sculptures including 'Soaring Vision', 'Spirit of Youth' and the 'Chinese Legendary Heroes'.

The park is lit from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
