Boat and Clarke Quay

Not only do these quays provide departure points for all forms of river travel, but at night the quays come alive with a multitude of water's edge based dining options that specialise in regional based seafood.

After dining you will also find many bar and nightclub options that have air conditioning and are open to the early morning hours.

Boat Quay was restored in 1980 re-utilising the old stores and workshops into food and beverage businesses that are very colourful.

Further up the river you will find Clarke Quay, which has also be converted from old musty warehouses to more dining and drinking venues. On the weekends you will also find a popular flea market operating at this quay and other main venues include the Satay Club, Merchants Court, Shophouse Row, Traders' Market, the Cannery and the Foundry.
