Located in the ethnic quarter this new modern fully air-conditioned shopping centre is a favourite by the locals. It is close to the open-air Bugis Village and many of the main mosques and temples.

The shopping centre has cinemas, food courts and a large supermarket.

Bugis Junction, located above Bugis MRT Station, features Singapore's first glass-covered shopping area that has also won the 'Best Shopping Experience - Shopping Centre' twice as well as the 'Best Decorated Building' in Christmas of 2000 and 2001.
