| Vutthisara, a Thai
monk who passed in 1976, provided the temple with a piece of
bark - believed to be from the tree where Buddha was contemplating
life and where he found enlightenment.
This temple, which is open daily,
is located next to the Leong
San Buddhist Temple and is only a short distance from Farrer
Park MRT station. |
